Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FreshReach collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with the FreshReach website, contact form, personalised demonstration request form and Live Demo line (together, the "Website"). FreshReach is committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Who we are
FreshReach helps Australian local service businesses respond to customer calls, digital enquiries and review opportunities. FreshReach is operated by Nicholas Edwards, ABN 39 270 476 971.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly, including through:
- The general contact form — your name, email, phone number (optional), business name (optional), enquiry type and message.
- The personalised demonstration request form — your name, business name, business website, industry or trade, team size (optional), work email, mobile number, enquiry focus and any additional information you choose to provide.
- The Live Demo line — information you choose to share verbally during the call, such as a business name, industry and customer scenario used to tailor the role-play. See the Live Demo disclosure on that page for what not to share.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government identification details) through these channels, and you should not provide it.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Prepare, arrange and follow up on a requested personalised demonstration.
- Maintain and improve the Website and demonstration experiences.
- Meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
We do not automatically add contact-form or personalised-demonstration submissions to a marketing list. Where an optional marketing consent is offered, it is unticked by default and handled separately from your enquiry.
4. Live Demo line
Calls to the FreshReach Live Demo line are not recorded or stored. The demonstration assistant uses information you provide during the call only to run the live role-play, and does not retain it afterwards. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial or health information during the demonstration.
5. Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with service providers who help us operate the Website, respond to enquiries or deliver the demonstration experiences (for example, hosting, telephony and communication providers), and where required by law.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers may store or process personal information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Cookies and website analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality and to collect standard analytics information, such as pages viewed and general usage patterns. This information helps us understand how the Website is used and improve it over time. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Website may not function as intended.
9. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and may ask us not to use your information for direct marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
10. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
