Website Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 4 August 2026

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FreshReach website, including its Live Demo line and personalised demonstration request service (together, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

FreshReach helps Australian local service businesses respond to customer calls, digital enquiries and review opportunities. FreshReach is operated by Nicholas Edwards, ABN 39 270 476 971.

2. Use of this Website

You may use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, anyone else. You must not misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using automated means to scrape or extract content without permission.

3. Live Demo and Personalised Demo

The Website provides two demonstration experiences:

  • The Live Demo is a general, interactive AI demonstration that is tailored during the call using information you provide. It is not connected to a real service business.
  • The Personalised Demo is a demonstration prepared in advance using information about your own business.

Neither demonstration creates a genuine booking, quote, callback, customer record or service request. You must not provide payment-card details, passwords, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive or confidential information through either demonstration. The Live Demo is not an emergency service — for emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

4. No professional or business advice

Content on this Website, including illustrative figures, examples and demonstration scenarios, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute advice about your specific business and should not be relied upon as such.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos and the FreshReach name and marks — are owned by or licensed to FreshReach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for your own personal or internal business purposes, but you must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without permission.

6. Enquiries and personalised demonstration requests

Information you submit through a contact or personalised-demonstration request form is used only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare and arrange the demonstration you requested. See our Privacy Policy for further detail. Submitting a form does not create a contract between you and FreshReach.

7. No warranty

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshReach makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the Website or its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshReach excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including the Live Demo line. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FreshReach. FreshReach is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.

10. Changes to these Terms

FreshReach may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the FreshReach contact page.
